Free Shipping – Device Daddy
At Device Daddy, we offer free shipping across the contiguous United States. For small and medium-sized items, we ship within 1 business day of your purchase, with delivery typically occurring within the next 2 business days—a total of 3 business days from order to doorstep. Larger items are dispatched within 2 business days and usually arrive within the following 5 business days, totaling up to 7 business days from your order date.

Please note that once your package leaves our warehouse, shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control. However, our team is always here to assist in tracking your shipment and helping resolve any delivery issues with the carrier if needed.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Small & Medium Items: Delivered in approximately 3 business days

  • Large Items: Delivered in up to 7 business days

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, but they are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes may affect delivery times. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we experience any unexpected delays while processing your order, we’ll notify you via email.


Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is processed and verified, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number, so you can monitor your package every step of the way.


Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Device Daddy is not responsible for any delays or losses due to incorrect shipping details provided at the time of purchase.


Package Marked as Delivered, But Not Received
In rare cases, tracking may show your package as delivered even if you haven’t received it. If this happens, you must submit a claim within 14 calendar days from the delivery date listed on your tracking. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

To file a claim:

  1. Log in to your Device Daddy account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the item in question

  4. Click Help and follow the prompts to submit your claim
