📦 30-Day Free Returns

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase—or simply change your mind—you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll even cover the return shipping.

To start a return, just contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your item to request your prepaid return label. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after this timeframe.

For Refurbished & Second-Hand Devices:

You can return your device for a full refund, as long as it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered. To be eligible, the device must:

  • Be free of any passcodes, iCloud/Google accounts, and software locks (e.g., SIM lock)

  • Include all accessories it originally came with

  • Show no new signs of wear, damage, or misuse

If the device has been damaged, altered, or is no longer in its original condition, we won’t be able to accept the return and will ship it back to you.

For Brand New Devices:

Brand new items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Opened or used new products cannot be returned and will be sent back if returned.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged:

Please inspect your delivery right away. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 4 business days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and improve our process. Delays beyond this window may void your eligibility for a return or replacement.


👕 Fashion Items – 14-Day Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your fashion purchase, no worries—we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged fashion items within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping is easy using our prepaid label. A $7.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund for each shipment you return. If your order included items from multiple vendors or arrived in separate packages, a separate $7.95 fee will apply per shipment.

All fashion items are still protected by our quality guarantee.


🛡️ 12-Month Warranty on Devices

We stand by every device we sell. That’s why all phones, tablets, and accessories from Device Daddy come with a 12-Month Limited Warranty.

This warranty covers hardware or software defects and failures that arise under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, water, drops, pressure, or unauthorized maintenance.

Examples of what’s covered:

  • Power or charging issues

  • Screen responsiveness problems

  • Battery defects

  • Software malfunctions

Examples of what’s not covered:

  • Cracks, dents, or scratches caused after delivery

  • Water damage

  • Devices opened or modified by a third party

  • Cosmetic damage due to normal wear and tear

If your device is found to be defective by our technician, we’ll either:

  • Replace it with the same model and cosmetic condition, or

  • Offer a full refund to your original payment method

If the issue is found to be due to damage or tampering, the warranty is void—but we may still offer a repair at cost.

We strongly encourage you to report any issues as soon as they appear, as delays can affect warranty eligibility.


🔒 Device DaddyCare – Optional Damage Protection

While our standard warranty covers internal faults, Device DaddyCare goes a step further to protect against the unexpected—like drops, spills, or accidental damage.

What’s Covered:

  • Cracked screens

  • Liquid damage

  • Physical damage from accidental drops

  • Mishandling not covered by warranty

  • Unlimited repairs (up to the value of your device)

If your device can’t be repaired, you’ll receive a cash reimbursement up to the original purchase price (minus the service fee).

What’s Not Covered:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear that doesn’t affect performance

  • Lost or stolen devices

  • Data loss or file corruption

  • Intentional damage or misuse

How It Works:

  1. Submit your claim within 30 days of the incident

  2. Send your device to an approved repair center (we’ll guide you)

  3. Pay a $50 service fee after your claim is approved

  4. If it’s repairable, we’ll fix it fast—typically within 48 hours

  5. If it can’t be repaired, we’ll reimburse you

You’ll receive updates every step of the way, and you can always track your repair status in your Device Daddy account.


💸 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of requiring a full return—especially for minor issues or cosmetic concerns. This is entirely at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis to keep things fair and flexible for everyone.
