WARRANTY POLICY
Every pre-owned mobile phone sold by Device Daddy comes with a three-month warranty starting from the date of purchase.
Warranty service may be provided in one of the following ways, at Device Daddy’s discretion based on the specific circumstances:
- Repair
- Exchange
- Full refund
Before returning a phone for warranty service, customers must ensure the device has been factory reset. Device Daddy reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the phone is locked in any way.
Warranty will also be refused for phones with physical damage, which includes but is not limited to:
- Cracked or broken screen glass
- LCD damage
- Water damage
- Damage caused by drops or impacts
- Damage due to improper use or neglect
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the phone prior to purchase to confirm it is free from any physical damage, including LCD issues.
Device Daddy guarantees that all pre-owned phones sold have genuine core components (motherboard, camera, and RAM). However, some replaceable parts like batteries or LCDs may be non-original.
Customers do not have an automatic right to refund or exchange due to change of mind. Device Daddy will decide whether a refund or exchange is appropriate after reviewing all circumstances.
A valid purchase receipt must be presented for all warranty or refund claims.
Device Daddy does not guarantee the waterproof functionality of any phone.
Phones repaired by Device Daddy at the customer’s request come with a three-month warranty from the repair date. This warranty covers only the specific part or module repaired or replaced.
Customers are responsible for backing up their personal data before sending a device for repair, as all repairs carry some risk.
Note that repair work may affect the phone’s waterproof capabilities.
