Can I return a device if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. The device must be returned in the same condition it was received.

What type of devices do you sell?

At Device Daddy, we exclusively offer ex-demo devices. These are units previously used for in-store display or demonstrations, meaning they are in excellent physical and functional condition. All devices are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tested by professional technicians before sale and come with a guarantee of quality and performance.

Do you have a physical store?

No, Device Daddy is an online store only. However, our in-person customer service and repairs are provided at My Phone Rescue, our trusted partner. If you need face-to-face support, visit My Phone Rescue for expert help.
